Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

1) Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the day you (or a person designated by you) received the item(s).

2) How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us so we can register your case and provide return instructions:

Once we confirm your return, you’ll receive the return address and an RMA/reference so we can track your parcel.

3) Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Include all original packaging, inserts, and accessories (if applicable).

  • You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what’s necessary to inspect the goods.

4) Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed by us in writing, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you selected a more expensive shipping method at checkout, any extra shipping fees are non-refundable.

5) Refunds

After we receive the returned item(s) or valid proof of shipment, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • We do not charge fees for processing refunds.

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

6) Exchanges

If you would like an exchange (e.g., different size/design), please contact us. In many cases it is faster to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

7) Items Not Eligible for Return (Exclusions)

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Perishable goods or items with a short expiration period.

  • Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at purchase but which can only be delivered 30+ days later and are subject to market fluctuations outside our control.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except subscriptions, where applicable).

  • Sealed items not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (e.g., certain apparel/underwear where applicable).

  • Items that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

  • Sealed audio/video recordings or sealed computer software once unsealed.

Note: These exclusions mirror our EU policy and general hygiene/consumer-protection standards and apply to our US store as well.

8) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to your preference. (If you purchased Shipping/Package Protection, please include that in your message.)

9) Return Address

Authorized returns should be sent to our warehouse address only after you receive instructions from Support:

Please do not ship returns to any other address without authorization, as this can delay your refund.
